Lead Workshop Mechanic / Motorcycle Builder/Engineer Required

A leading national / international motorcycle custom building and engineering company with full motorcycle service centre has a requirement for a Lead Workshop Mechanic / Project Builder/Engineer, with a view to take on greater running of the company as owner develops other group related initiatives.

This is a challenging role within a company that was established circa. 10 years ago with a successful track record; now operating from their own unique building and who is a multifaceted operation that has a core business, working on all motorcycles, scooters, quads and trikes etc. – even customises and tunes cars.

The main business however is building custom and street fighter motorcycles from ground up or from customer’s donor machine, along with day to day maintenance, services and accident repairs. The individual must be a self starter and driven to maintain, even improve the high standards we set and must have extensive experience of all forms of motorcycle maintenance and repairs.

They will also have hands on experience of engineering and metal fabrications including, tube and sheet metal forming and welding (Tig, Mig, MMA), plus electric loom buildings, diagnostics and all that goes within. A local Lancashire/Merseyside/Cheshire area person would be ideal, but accommodation is available within the complex for the right candidate.
